LOST Episode 5×08 “LaFleur” - Screencaps, Easter Eggs, Audio, & Analysis

March 4, 2009 by Eric

Wow!  Awesome episode…Call us at 920-626-6086 and let us know what you thought!
There are almost 200 HQ screencaps below, but everyone’s going to want to see the four-toed statue (and see below for a few more related images):

Thanks to Wikipedia for the Anubis image.

Initial reactions on the episode:

  • Obviously, the four-toed statue was incredible.  I can only hope we’ll see it again in the future, despite the time shifts stopping.  It definitely appears to be of Egyptian nature, which coincides with the hieroglyphics we’ve seen.  A possible identity for the statue is Anubis, the god of the dead in Egyptian mythology.  Anubis is also associated with the afterlife, which can also be referred to as the underworld.  We’ve been told that the Swan hieroglyphics meant “underworld” as well, not to mention that Cerberus, the name used in the blast door map to possibly identify the smoke monster, is commonly referred to as the guardian of the underworld in Greek mythology.  In addition, Paul’s necklace was an ankh, the same symbol held by many Egyptian gods, including Anubis.  A number of other Egyptian gods have been theorized as candidates for the statue including Horus (god of the sky and the obvious Horace Goodspeed reference), Osiris (ruler of the underworld and father of Anubis and Horus), Set (god of chaos and destruction and rival of Horus), and Tawaret (a deity of fertility or protection in pregnancy and childbirth where pregnant women wore amulets with her name or likeness to protect their pregnancies; also, Tawaret was typically reflected in images as pregnant, which could help explain why we only saw the back of the statue since a pregnant statue would be a nice surprise later — thanks to reader Joe for this feedback!) among others.  Check out this link (thanks to a DarkUFO reader) for pics and descriptions of a number of Egyptian gods. Also, check out some additional images of Anubis for comparison purposes:

Extra props to Joe, Keeping Pace, and Slone13 for pointing out this picture of Taweret. It makes a very strong case for the statue being Taweret, from the location and height of the ears to the headpiece to the items in her hands, to the four toes (hippos have four toes and Taweret is a hippo) not to mention my earlier comment that it would make sense that we only saw the back of the statue because Taweret is pregnant:

  • Note to self: don’t mix alcohol and dynamite.  Ever.
  • Loved the Geronimo Jackson shirt that Rosie was wearing.  We may even get more mentions in the future as it appears we’re going to hunker down in DHARMA days for a while.
  • Sawyer is awesome and LaFleur is a badass name.  End of subject.
  • Juliet is one damn fine woman.  How cool was it to see her have Sawyer’s back in front of everyone even when she knows he’s got a bad idea, take out an Other with a rifle before Sawyer can get a shot off, work under the DHARMA van with a grinder as a mechanic (sporting another new DHARMA logo with the wench), deliver a baby via C-section, and put together a great meal for her man (DHARMA Merlot included)?  I heart Juliet.
  • Speaking of Sawyer and Juliet, I love them together.  It’s too bad Suliet don’t sound cool.  Nonetheless, I was completely irritated at the sight of Kate at the end of the episode all because I suspect it’s going to throw a wrench into Sawyer and Juliet’s relationship.  Jaters, you can have her.  I wouldn’t have said that a few episodes ago when we saw Sawyer watch Kate with Claire.  At that point I was convinced that Sawyer and Kate had to end up together in the end despite both of their flaws.  You know what, though?  I think Juliet’s better for Sawyer.  Kate’s proven to be nothing but trouble with her vacillating back and forth and with her “run” mentality.  And I genuinely think 3 years is enough time to get over someone, particularly if you’ve met someone new that you think is fabulous.
  • LaFleur is French for “flower”, so I thought it was a nice touch to see Sawyer bring Juliet a flower.
  • Is Amy’s baby boy going to be someone we know?  I would guess it’s going to be someone significant, but tough to say exactly who it could be.  I wanted to suggest perhaps Desmond (a baby conceived and born on the island could account for him being “uniquely and miraculously special”), but the timing doesn’t seem quite right (Des seems a tad too old).  If it’s 1977 when the boy is born (Sawyer told Juliet it was 1974 when he was trying to convince her to stay for 2 weeks, plus it’s 3 years later), then the boy would be about 27 when Flight 815 crashed in 2004.  Is Horace going to be the father?  Whatever happened to Olivia, his wife when they found the Linus family after Ben was born and who taught on the island as part of the DHARMA Initiative?
  • If what Widmore said was true about his 30+ years as leader of the Others, then he would stand to be the leader during this era.  He claimed he led in peace, which is consistent with the “truce” between the Others and the DI.  It’d be sweet to see a middle aged Widmore consulting with Richard one of these episodes.
  • Charlotte’s mom’s voice reminded me of Penny, especially when she called Charlotte “Love”.  I’m certainly not implying that Penny is Charlotte’s mom, just commenting on the British accent.
  • Speaking of Charlotte, if we saw her here as a child of about 4 years old in 1974, then Ben had misinformation in Episode 4×02 Confirmed Dead when he claimed that she was born in 1979.
  • I wonder what Richard thought about Sawyer’s comments to him regarding Locke and Jughead?

  1. deab001 says:

Anubis was the first thing that came to mind in the episode, and once the Ankh came out it seemed too fitting to be true. However, with all the time jumping fixed now, will we ever travel back to that time again?

    • Eric says:

I was worried too that this may be our only glimpse of that time era. This may have been Darlton’s answer to “what is the statue?” Hope I’m wrong! I’d love to see more.

      • Drew says:

I hope it’s not our only glimpse either. And if we get to see that time period again, I’m assuming that the statue is Anubis, but I would think it would be interesting if it wasn’t, if there is a reason we didn’t see the front (Other than the fact that it is facing towards the ocean so they couldn’t see it from the land). I can’t think of anything else that it might be, but I’m just thinking, it would be very much like LOST to show us the back of something that looks almost completely like one thing and it turn out to be something completely different.

    • SomeGuy says:

The statue doesn’t have Anubis’ ears. I think it’s more likely Horace as suggested at DarkUFO’s blog. It would also make a connection with Horace of the Dharma Initiative.

    • Bbuck says:

jackel, jackel, jackel, it’s a jackel, jackel??

    • Matt says:

The ears are all wrong.. Anubis had tall pointy ears. My bet is Bastet or Horace.

      • LITHA says:

Bastet has pointed ears like a cat and as HORUS is a kite hawk, he has no discernible ears. Anubis is the god of mummification, Tawaret is the goddess of childbirth. With the issues of babies being born on the island, Tawaret is definitely the prime suspect here………and there seems to be more Egyptian themes that are beginning to manifest themselves.

  2. Cab Driver says:

I have to say that Lost is making less and less sense every episode. The writers keep adding these storylines that are backed up by nothing. It seems like none of the characters are really aware or care about how bizarre of a situation they are in. Why does John Locke need to die in order for the Oceanic 6 to come back to the island? Why do they need to come back to the island to save the others? Why do none of the characters ask any questions? I mean, we havn’t even really gotten a clear answer on what The Others were dong on the island, and Juliet is one of them. Why dosn’t she tell them in detail who exactly The Others are, what they were doing on the island, and all the details that she knows about the island. Why don’t the rest of them try to get more answers from her. Who are the Dharma initiative? Its obvious that they are doing research and stuff, but I just find it really strange how Sawyer and people don’t just ask them wtf is going on? It seems like none of the characters care about getting answers anymore. This show is pissing me off. Anyways, if you missed tonights episode, check it out online here…

…and try to see if my rant makes any sense to you.

      Missing piece of puzzle

One or two seasons ago, Jack was in a 3rd world county and got a tatoo by a woman who acted weird toward him for superstitious reasons. Obviously, my details are very, very fuzzy. Does his tatoo have egyptain meaning too? Does anyone remember that episode?

  3. Keeping Pace says:

C’mon, guys! As I have been saying ever since this ep aired, the ears on the statue are TOTALLY wrong for how Anubis’ ears are show in every representation I’ve seen. Anubis was typically shown as having a jackal’s head, complete with the characteristic vertical, teardrop shaped ears (as show in the graphic you have compared to the picture of the statue at top). This is how a statue of Anubis should look from behind: http://www.flickr.com/photos/98712881@N00/497585190/

However, as can clearly be seen, in the episode the statue’s ears are anything but elongated and triangular in shape… they look more like Shrek’s; much more rounded and coming out from the sides rather than the top of the head. In Egyptian statuary, this is more characteristic of either hippo or cow ears. Also, take into account what appears to be a rounded block on top of the head, and we keep moving further and further away from Anubis being the god/goddess represented. However, these discrepancies actually lead us toward another Egyptian deity; one which actually makes a bit of sense in light of the focus on pregnancy and birth in the ep: Taweret.

“Taweret became seen, very early in Egyptian history, as a deity of protection in pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant women wore amulets with her name or likeness to protect their pregnancies. Her image could also be found on knives made from hippopotamus ivory, which would be used as wands in rituals to drive evil spirits away from mothers and children.” ~ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taweret

Based on the head, I believe we’re looking at something much more like this from behind: http://www.zarifas.com/images/products/h/hippo_goddess.jpg

Granted, the body shape looks much more anthropomorphic than that of a hippo, but this is typical of the composite nature of Egyptian deities having human bodies and animal heads when not shown in full animal form. Also, the ankh is a very frequently symbol in ancient Egypt, so many gods and goddesses are depicted with it.

If anyone has any better ideas, I certainly welcome them until we find out who this statue is of, but until then I think based on my evidence we can conclusively say it’s not Anubis, and is much closer to that of Taweret (at least for the head). And in the context of an episode which centered around a pregnant and laboring Amy, foreshadowing this with a depiction of the Egyptian goddess of protection for pregnancy and childbirth is very fitting…

  4. Wish says:

Wasn’t “LeFleur” the name tag on the coat Ben put on when he ended up in Tunisia?

    • elsie says:

“Wasn’t “LeFleur” the name tag on the coat Ben put on when he ended up in Tunisia?”

      Nope, that was “Halliwax.”

      • Wish says:

Dang, I thought I was onto something there….thanks for the help. I could swear I’ve seen something with “LeFleur” on it before this episode but maybe I’m just messing with my own mind!

        • Jeff says:

I thought that I’ve seen that name somewhere too! Maybe it was Sawyer’s con-man name?

          • Chris says:

I was also thinking that we’ve seen the name before, though I was thinking it was on one of the bodies in the Dharma mass grave site, or from when Ben was a kid.

  5. I Googled “Egyptian statues” and thought that this was Horus. I also found this website comparing Horus to Christ. Doesn’t that fit in more with the recent episodes we’ve seen (Locke, Christian?)

    http://www.tattoosymbol.com/just-for-site/ankh/ankh-horus.jpg

  6. The big statue aside . . .

Sawyer is my second favorite character on the show (to Locke) but I was unhappy with this episode. I realize that Sawyer has been on an upward trajectory towards redemption since the middle of season one (he waved to jack on the way by as that guy plummeted to the depths of hell.) However, this was a Sawyer I don’t want to see. By the end of the episode I felt like I was watching “Thirtysomething.” It was just all too happy-touchy-feely. The romance music that played as Sawyer talked Juliet into staying “just two weeks” was Hugh Grant/Sandra Bullock sickening.

I get the dramatic irony. Jack came back for Juliet and Kate came back for Sawyer but now they are both unavailable. It is all very Shakespearean. The way this episode went, the whole series may just end in a delightful double wedding (with the exploding Jughead providing a glorious fireball sunset.) Yes, I understand that they had to explain how the time jumpers managed to survive on the island until they could all get back, get back, get back to where they once belonged but this was a sorry bridge episode because of it.

Overall this was one of my least favorite episodes of the entire series. It is still “Lost” and better than most everything on television (though Breaking Bad is coming back finally) but a bit of a weak sister on the scale of “Lost” episodes.

    • Rachel says:

I don’t see any evidence that Jack came back for Juliet, for Jack it has ALWAYS been Kate. I really hope that Sawyer realizes he has a good thing with Juliet and the Kate/Sayer/Jack triangle can be laid to rest once and for all. That aside, I am leaning towards the identity of the statue being either Tawaret (there seems to be a much stronger argument for this than any other deity if it is indeed Egyptian) or someone we know, such as Richard. Richard is one of my favorite characters, possibly because they have managed to keep his origins and history such a secret thus far.

  7. dan says:

    The statue isn’t Annubis… it’s HORUS!!!!! (get it… Horus/Horace).

    • vlad says:

      It’s neither… it’s Tawaret

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tawaret

She’s the guardian/protector of pregnancy and also carries an ankh.

      • The statue looked pretty physically fit to me (lean and mean.) I don’t think the hippopotamus image of Tawaret fits with the look of that statue. It definitely could be the face of Richard Alpert. I did find it interesting in the Wiki reference that “Taweret also was given titles reflecting a more positive nature, including Opet (also spelt Ipet, Apet, and Ipy)”

        Hmmm, Apet . . . Alpert?

I think we can all agree we are being “walked like an Egyptian” by Darlton.

  8. Michael says:

Hey, if that statue is of Heru/Horus, then maybe the giant “Hurley bird” from a couple years ago has some connection in terms of Horus-falcon symbolism?

  9. page says:

Horus totally makes sense. And does anyone else agree that the pilot and flight crews’ insignia looks a teeny-tiny bit like the spread-winged Horus shown lower down on the HORUS wiki page?

  10. R says:

I think it is a statue of Richard Alpert.

  11. Laura says:

O..M..G. What if the reason we didn’t see the front of the statue is that it has the face of someone we know?!?!? Locke, maybe? I don’t know- I know that sounds crazy but wouldn’t that be AWESOME!!!

    • Bryan says:

I am going to guess it has the face of Richard Alpert? Why? Well, isn’t is funny that he wears eyeliner? Isn’t this something Egyptian did in early times? Also, since he doesn’t age, I believe he has been on the island since the early time when the statue was made (although we cannot deduce that the statue is actually ancient).

      Just my $0.02

      • Rachel says:

He doesn’t wear eye liner. His eye lashes are just really thick. So … that really has no bearing. However, it could still be him … although I think that I’m leaning more towards an actual Egyptian God versus an other.

  12. Anthony says:

Statue is Anubis… the exaggerated ears are mostly on modern statues… they are not always that exaggerated. The ears on that statue are clearly not human. There is nothing to indicate that Horace has 4 toes… we know that Anubis does. Assuming his pinky toe isn’t hidden in the cast, so does Locke. Horus doesn’t fit into this story line, at least not the Ra “Horus,” of Egypt. Either way, this whole thing is egyptian.

    • ant says:

The whole thing smacks of Egyptian mythology to me… particularly Osiris/Set/Horus.

Horus is son of Osisis and Isis, Osiris killed by his brother set, Isis brings Osiris back to life, gets pregnant, Osiris dies again and beceomes Lord of the Dead (taking over from Anubis), Isis gives birth to Horus. Horus has a chip on his shoulder about Set killing his dear old Dad and so he and Set fight for a loooong stretch of time over control of Egypt. Horus and Set eventually have a race in stone canoes, but Horus tricks Set by using ac noe made of wood. Horus wins, and gains the throne of Egypt. Set is cast aside ot become Lord of the Desert.

      Think about:
Widmore vs Ben as Set vs Horus.
      Alpert as Anubis.
      Jacob as Osiris.

      Some thoughts on why:
      - Set vs Horus culminated in the race as mentioned above; Widmore makes a reference to Locke about being “tricked” off the island. Widmore can’t return to the island even though he knows where it is - because he’s been banished?
      - Set vs Horus is classic “good vs evil” (ie Set is God of Deserts, Storm, Chaos. Isis tells Horus to protect “Egypt” against Set)
      - Osiris considered the first in mythology to have died to save many and then rose from the dead. Strong connections here with Locke and also Christian themes running throughtout (ie John 3:16, etc)
      - Osiris deposed Anubis as the Lord of the Dead, and Anubis then pretty much became protector of the dead adn their tombs, as well as mummification (ie wanting Paul’s body in last epsiode). Anubis is also patron of lost souls and orphans (is Locke being a foster kid close enough?)

Or maybe Ben as Horus is the other way around - Set lusted after Isis, but was infertile. He brought Juliet to the island (Isis was the Goddess of childbirth and fertility).

Maybe the old cast is being replaced… and that’s why it was so significant that the 06 all returned - they’re taking over the key mythological roles:
Locke as Osiris/Horus (rose from the dead, took over from Ben)
Juliet as Isis (Goddess of childbirth and fertility)

Or Christian as Osiris (now spekas for Jacob) and Jack as Horus…

  13. Kevin says:

I think Richard Alpert is a logical choice - when Egyptian Pharaohs are depicted - aren’t they usually wearing Eye Liner? Sawyer specifically sited Richard last night as wearing eye liner. The Ankh represents eternal life - Richard doesn’t age.

  14. kankerpin says:

So now that we know that theres Egyptian stuff everywhere, any special reveals in hurley drawing from last week???

  15. MUGEN says:

SO GREAT EPISODE!!! JULIET IS WAAAY BETTER THAN KATE…DONT GET ME WRONG I LIKE KATE, BUT THE WRITERS ARE REALLY DUMBING DOWN KATE’S CHARACTER, IS MAKING ME ANNOYING TO WATCH. A STRONG WOMAN WILL ALWAYS STAND BEHIND HER STRONG MAN,JULIET HAS SAWYER’S BACK,ALWAYS! GREAT PAIRING!!! WOULD RATHER SEE THOSE TWO 2GETHER THAN SKATER!!
    WAY BETTER CHEMISTRY

    “FLEUR”—”FLOWER”
A FLOWER FLOURISHES ITS TRUE COLORS/BEAUTY, RIGHT?!? RIGHT!!
LAST NIGHT, WE SAW SAWYERS TRUE COLORS FLOURISH….LIKE A FOWER. A HERO,CONFIDENCE MAN,CHARMING AND PLAIN A COOL DUDE!!
JULIET BELIEVED IN HIM…SHE TRUSTED HIM….HE BLOOMED….ALL SAWYER NEEDED WAS A BELIEVER,
AND TA DAAA….HERE COMES JULIET!!!! HE THEN DID THE EXACT SAME THING TO JULIET,
HE BELIEVED IN HER BEFORE SHE DELIVER THE BABY. AND TA DAA…A SUCCESSFUL BIRTH AROSE.

***NOTE TO LOST WRITERS*** PLEASE,PLEASE DO NOT KILL THE SAWYER/JULIET PAIRING!!! PLEASE.

WHO IS THE BOY THAT WAS BORN PREMMATURE….COULD IT BE MR.FRIENDLY?? OH YEAH, THE LITTLE GIRL DANIEL SAW CAN NOT BE CHARLOTTE, IS SEASON 3 FINALE, BEN SAID THAT CHARLOTTE WAS BORN JULY 1979. THE LEFT BEHINDERS, GOT THERE IN 1974. U C WHERE IM GETTING AT?? CAN NOT BE LITTLE CHARLOTTE. UNLESS THE WRITERS HAVE FUCKED UP…THEN YES IT CAN BE HERE.

I KNEW THAT THE STATUE WAS EGYPTIAN BUT DIDNT REALIZE THERE WERE SO MANY EGYPTIAN GODS…OSIRIS,SET,HORUS AND ANIBUS. THNX FOR THE INFO GUYS!! I SHOULD OF PAID ATTENTION IN HISTORY CLASS =P…..

  16. danyq3 says:

The son of Horace is….. ETHAN! who was kidnape by the others as a baby. Just guessing. What do you think¿

  17. Matthew Phillips says:

It would really only make sense if the statue is Tawaret.

Tawaret being the God of fertility, once the statue was destroyed, women could not give birth on the island…other than off-island conceived babies.

If you look at various statues of Tawaret, you’ll see that the ears and hair match the statue from Lost much better, plus the statue seems to be leaning on the Ankhs like crutches, which Tawaret tends to in most of the statues I’ve seen of her. Plus only seeing the statue from the back would definitely indicate that the writers are keeping us from fully verifying that it is Tawaret.

    • geoff says:

The statue is almost definitely Tawaret. If you look at any of the actual statues of the god it has 4 toes and the exact same ears and hair (from the back of teh statue anyway). The ears and hair of Anubis are different. And the things in Tawaret’s hand is an amulet just like in the real egyptian statues. Google it!

  18. slone13 says:

I don’t think it’s Anubis. Anubis almost almost always portrayed in statues as having a human foot with 5 toes.

I like the theory that the statue is Tawaret, the ancient Egyptian deity of protection in pregnancy and childbirth. Fitting for the island, no? He’s got 4 toes, too. Take a look.

  19. Sandy says:

Could Amy’s baby be Boone? He would have been about the right age when 815 crashed. And wasn’t he adopted?

  20. Joshua says:

this is a pic of Taweret
    pretty sure thats the statue
    dig the hat though

  21. getlost says:

    watch this guys:
    http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archivo:Taweret.svg
    it looks like, don´t you?

  22. lizzyd says:

there is definitely an Egyptian connection, remember the hieroglyphs on the timer that reset every 108 minutes? there was all kinds of symbols that looked similar to these:

    http://www.all-about-egypt.com/image-files/alphabet-hieroglyphs.jpg

Im sure someone has a screen capture of the counter showing the symbols.I’d love to see those again now.

  23. Rebecca says:

I enjoyed this episode. I love Sawyer. Highlights of the episode in Sawyerisms had to have been:
    1. …your friend with the eyeliner
    2. Are you really going to leave me here with a mad scientist, mr. i talk to dead people. And Jin he’s a nice guy, but not much of a conversationalist.
The interactions between Sawyer and both Faraday and Miles are too funny. Both of them have done wonders for Sawyer and his nicknames.
I also agree with many that the statue is very likely Tawaret or something to do with child birth, its destruction explaining the problem they are having. Maybe its is a curse put on the others and Richard Alperts people, which would explain why Claire and Amy could both deliver safely.
Sawyer was talking smack when he said he never took his chance with Kate. She left with Jack before that could ever have happened. We saw last week that she could have cared less when Locke originally asked her to come back to save Sawyer. So I too hope the writers take the hint and let Suliet live on.
This two week break is really putting a damper on things. Will look forward to the podcast.

  24. The Thinker says:

the statue we see and the foot are NOT the same. they have changed because of the actions of either the others or whoever else found the island first. maybe the purpose is to make sure that the right statue represents the island. why all of the sudden did a person give birth and NOT die?

Every action has caused a shift in history…

is the purpose of lost to give birth to jacob? or prevent him from ever being born? maybe one side wants this, while the other side is trying to prevent this.

The only thing I know for sure is that there are 2 sides, one side is bad and causes the end of the human race while the other side is trying to preserve or ensure it’s success. Remember the 2 skeletons of a man and woman? Adam and Eve perhaps? now the whole point is to make sure they start civilization.

    • The Thinker says:

I just wanted to add another dimension to this…

I believe that the foot is the foot of Horus, and i believe that the statue is going to represent Seth, or Set (how ever you want to spell it). I think Horus has been reincarnated within Ben and Seth has been reincarnated within Widmore. They are both fighting for the throne of the island.

  25. Pinks says:

tonights episode was crazzzyyy! i loved it! but im not a fan of the sawyer-juliet pairing…wasnt feeling it

and i miss sawyers badboy image…hu wudve thought he wud be walking in a room with straightened hair, glasses and holding a yellow flower..?!

and regarding the statue-the main point of th statue is that it has 4 toes! and out of all th egyptian gods tht have been named tawaret is the only one with 4 toes! so im sticking with her

Amy’s baby is definitely someone we know! can’t wait to find out his name!

overall tonights episode was good…but we can’t get any answers until march 26th! NOOOO!

  26. alix says:

was just wondering (cant see a pic) if anyone else thought that juliet looked pregnant(only a few months ) when sawyer first walks in to the kitchen or was i just seeing things?

  27. Olka says:

My theory - this little girl is is Charlotte, which if she’s what around 3 (I’m bad at guessing kids age) she would be born in 1971… But somehow she (and her mother I guess) time-jumped and they had to fake her birth date. Like for example leaving the island 6 year old Charlotte pop out in 1985 instead of 1977 - they can’t say she was born 1971, they need to fake her birth date and push it up to 1979.

  28. SOBEK says:

The god Sobek, which was depicted as a crocodile or a man with the head of a crocodile was a powerful and frightening deity; in some Egyptian creation myths, it was Sobek who first came out of the waters of chaos to create the world. http://bit.ly/cNu41

  1. [...] leave the Island, or maybe that little girl wasn’t really Charlotte. In addition to that, the Get Lost Podcast points out that if Widmore really leads the Others/Hostiles for 30 years, he should be in control [...]

  2. [...] I’d have to say the biggest surprise last night for me had nothing to do with our castaways. It was after the ending when they said there would be no new episode next week. In fact, there will be a couple weeks without new episodes. Hard to say if that’s a good thing or not. My overflowing DVR suggests I can handle a week break from new LOST. And those scheduling decisions may imply big news for the season finale. It’s a good thing I’m not a shipper because waiting two weeks for the reunion of Sawyer and Kate would probably make me explode with anticipation. Me, I’m more excited we got to see more of that crazy, huge statue! [...]
